Kitava Rewards Explained
Once you’ve signed up, you will earn 5 points for every $1 spent at Kitava.
Rewards are earned at three different points thresholds:
500 points a.k.a. “Kitava Regular” = $5 Reward
1000 points a.k.a. “Real Food Enthusiast” = $10 Reward
1500 points a.k.a. “Super Fan” = $15 Reward
Points accrue automatically when signed in to your account and ordering through kitava.com or an in-store QR Code. If ordering from a Cashier inside one of our restaurants, you will have to provide the phone number associated with your Kitava Rewards account to accrue points or redeem rewards.
Points automatically convert to rewards at each point threshold. Once an account reaches 1500 points, all points are converted to rewards and the points earning process starts over again with any remaining points or at a balance of 0 if no points remain.
Orders placed through catering companies, third party delivery apps, gift card purchases, taxes, tips, donations, and fees, are excluded from earning points.
Are certain items excluded from earning Kitava Rewards points?
Food and beverages purchased at any Kitava location accrue points when signed in to your Kitava Rewards account.
Kitava Rewards points do not accrue against purchases for gift cards, alcoholic beverages, taxes, tips, donations, and fees.
Rewards points also do not accrue when ordering catering, or placing orders through third party delivery apps.
How do I earn Rewards for signing up?
Once you’ve signed up, log in to your account to see 250 Kitava Rewards Points in your account!
Once you have accumulated 500 rewards points you will earn a $5 reward you can redeem toward your next Kitava meal by ordering online through kitava.com, or visiting any of our in-store restaurant locations.
Remember, you must be signed in to your account to redeem this reward! If ordering from inside a restaurant, either sign in using our QR Code ordering system, or provide your phone number to the Cashier to apply any reward to your order.
How do I sign up for Kitava Rewards?
Enroll in Kitava rewards by creating an account on our website using this link, or by signing up through our online ordering platform in-store or online.
How do I login to my Kitava Rewards account?

How will I know when I have a reward?
You can view your Kitava Rewards balance any time by logging into your account at www.kitava.com.
Kitava will also send notification emails whenever you receive a reward. You must have checked the opt-in box to receive emails when you created your Kitava Rewards account in order to receive these emails. If you have not received these emails but would like to, please log in to your rewards account and click “Edit your profile” to opt in to email communications.
How do I redeem my rewards?
In-Store with a Cashier
Tell the Cashier you are a Kitava Rewards member, and would like to use a reward for your order. Then provide the phone number associated with your Kitava Rewards account. Once the Cashier has found your account, let them know which reward you would like to redeem.
In-Store using a QR Code
Sign in to your Kitava Rewards account before placing your order. You must apply your reward before proceeding to check out for it to show up on your final order.
Online Orders

3rd Party Delivery Apps
Kitava Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed through third party delivery app marketplaces such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. Please order through our website - www.kitava.com - and sign in to your Kitava Rewards account to earn and redeem Kitava Rewards points.
Do my rewards expire?
Kitava Rewards dollars expire 60 days after being issued.
NOTE: Points you accumulate do not expire. Once points are converted to rewards you have 60 days to use them before they expire.
Can I earn and redeem points at any Kitava location?
You can earn and redeem points at any Kitava location when ordering through our website (www.kitava.com) and signing in to your Kitava Rewards account before placing your order.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed when ordering through any 3rd party delivery app (e.g. DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), catering service (e.g. ZeroCater, ezCater, Relish, etc.), or when placing any kind of catering order.
I forgot to use rewards on my last purchase. Can I apply them to my order retroactively?
In-Store: Show the receipt from your order to a Kitava Team Member and they will add the missing points to your previous order.
Online: Please email info@kitava.com with a photo or screenshot of your order receipt, as well as your name, phone number associated with your Kitava Rewards account, date and location the order was placed, order number, and any other information that will help us locate your Rewards account and the specific order. Someone from our team will do their best to apply rewards to your previous order.
NOTE: You must have rewards available to apply to your previous transaction. Expired rewards or points cannot be used for prior purchases.
Does Kitava have a birthday reward?
We want to celebrate you with a special gift on your birthday! As a Kitava Rewards member you will receive a $6 reward you can use toward a free Dessert 🧁 (or discount off any menu item). This can be redeemed with any purchase of $10 or more once your birthday reward has been applied to your account.
Your birthday reward is added to your account on Monday the week of your birthday. Kitava will send you an email when your birthday reward is added to your account. (You must be opted in to email permissions to receive this notification. Change your email notification settings in your account profile.)
The birthday reward is valid for 30 days once it is issued to your account.
When will I receive my birthday reward? And does it expire?
Your birthday reward is added to your account on Monday the week of your birthday. Kitava will send you an email when your birthday reward is added to your account.

Can I receive points for referring a friend?
Yes! Kitava is more fun when enjoyed with others, so we appreciate you referring friends and family to the Kitava Rewards program.
You’ll receive 250 points added to your account for every friend you refer that successfully signs up for Kitava Rewards and makes a purchase of at least $10.
NOTE: Maximum 5 referral rewards per year, and 25 total referrals per rewards member.
Can I earn Kitava Rewards points when ordering through a third party delivery app, like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub?
Kitava Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed through third party delivery app marketplaces such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.

Can I earn Kitava Rewards points when making a purchase using a Kitava eGift Card?
Yes, you will earn points when paying with a Kitava eGift Card. Just make sure you are signed in to your Kitava Rewards account when doing so.
NOTE: eGift Card purchases do not earn Kitava Rewards points.
How do I check my rewards points balance?
Sign in to your Kitava Rewards account to check your rewards points balance, as well as any rewards available for you to use on your next Kitava order.
How do I recover my username and password?
Select “forgot your password” on the Kitava Rewards sign in page, and complete the instructions sent to your email inbox.
NOTE: Your username is likely your email address, unless you changed it.
